Lauryn mentioned that good artists copy and great artists steal. This got me thinking. What is the difference between copying and stealing? What is the one key thing when it comes to stealing?

This means that stealing is more difficult and takes more effort than copying. Ideally, when you steal nobody knows that you stole something and they think it is entirely your own original idea.
